140M Yuan Project in Rushan, Weihai Nears Completion

The 140-million-yuan project in Weihai will be completed. The 10,000-ton annual output water transfer printing paper processing and production project is constructed by Weihai Guanye New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and is located within the company’s factory area, south of Taiwan Road and east of Chuangye 1st Road, Economic Development Zone, Rushan City, Weihai.

The project is laid out based on the existing buildings (Workshop 1#, Comprehensive Office Building) and roads on the site, with renovation and transformation of the original structures. Among them, the existing Workshop 1# covers an area of 2,497.12 ㎡, the existing Comprehensive Office Building 997.14 ㎡, and the existing gatehouse is a mixed‑structure building with an area of 44.2 ㎡.

Three new workshops will be built on the vacant land to the north, west and south of the existing buildings.

Workshop 2# is a full steel‑structure workshop with an area of 2,268.8 ㎡;

Workshop 3# is a concrete frame‑structure workshop with an area of 3,637.0 ㎡;

Workshop 4# is a steel‑structure connected frame‑structure workshop with an area of 3,358.7 ㎡.

The planned total construction area is 12,803.0 ㎡, the floor area ratio (FAR) calculation area is 16,894.3 ㎡, and the floor area ratio is 1.1. Greening, roads and other supporting facilities will also be constructed.

Upon completion and operation, the project will achieve an annual output of 10,000 tons of water transfer printing paper.

The project commenced construction in April 2025 and is expected to be completed in November 2025, with a total construction period of 8 months.

The project has started construction, and site leveling has been basically completed.

The total investment of the project is 140 million yuan, of which the civil engineering investment is about 9.08 million yuan.

The required funds shall be raised by the construction unit.
